General Manager
Karin started with Boston Concrete from its’ infancy and has been involved every step of the way. She knows the operational needs and demands to help the company keep growing. Prior to the start of the BCC, Karin spent over 35 years in the construction industry working, managing and maintaining business relationships with contractors and agencies.
Keith St. Jean
Quality Control Manager
Keith comes from an extensive background of research and development for cementitious and chemical products for concrete. Keith’s expertise over the last 25 years in this industry is true benefit to Boston Concrete. Keith is able to work with all our customers to select the best products for their individual needs. Tom Keller
Assistant Dispatcher
As Boston Concrete continues to grow we added on the role of assistant dispatcher with Tom. Tom comes from a long history of customer service and is excellent with organizing and working daily with our customers needs for billing, orders or whatever is required.
Derek Doherty
Vice President – Sales
Derek has been working in professional concrete sales for over 20 years, developing customer relationships and a strong reoccurring base clientele. Derek has a vast knowledge of the concrete industry and is another excellent addition to our team to keep Boston Concrete growing.
Mike Piper
Lead Batchman/Plant Maintenance
Mike is one of our original employees and can perform most any task at Boston Concrete. Mike has been in the concrete industry for over 25 years and is a great asset to the company. Mike’s extensive knowledge of the operation and functionality of the plant helps ensure we keep the plant in excellent working condition and servicing our customers.
